The Babyroom Evacuation Trolley is an important new concept in assisting the professional evacuation of babies in an emergency. Best practice emergency procedures require that rapid evacuation be carried out in a once only operation, with no re-entry into the building. The required supervision ratio in the baby room of 1 to 3 makes this procedure difficult to co-ordinate effectively. The Babyroom Evacuation Trolley allows up to six babies to be evacuated and held safely under the control of two nursery nurses, whilst any emergency is dealt with. It has 3 compartments to separate older children from very young babies and folds for easy storage.
